Information you provide

When you submit an Estimate Request, the form collects your name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, project type, location, and project details.

How the information is used

RA Painting Services uses your details to review your enquiry and contact you about the work. Requests are shared with Ricardo at RA Painting Services and David at VortiMedia, who helps manage the website and enquiries. Providing an email address is optional. If you provide one, we send a receipt confirmation; submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and email delivery

Website enquiries are saved in a private Cloudflare-hosted database before the website confirms receipt. Resend delivers notification and confirmation emails. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorized people managing the website and enquiries; there is no public lead directory. Copies also exist in the recipients’ email systems.

We use these records to respond to requests and follow up on the work. You can ask us about the information we hold or request a correction or deletion using the contact form below. Removing a website record does not immediately remove separate email copies or provider backups; these must be handled as part of the request.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and device information for this security check. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice. We also limit repeat confirmation emails to help prevent misuse of the form.

Website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and website performance. We do not send the contact information or project details you enter in this form to analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Google Tag Manager loads and manages website tags. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the tag container. We do not put your form contact information or project details into its data layer. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s services.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Use our contact form and describe your privacy question in project details. Provide enough information for us to locate your enquiry, but do not include sensitive documents. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing a record.
